The seven churches were real congregations in real cities. The historical, geographical, and prophetic resources that accompany Volume I connect the letters of Revelation 2 and 3 with the actual cities to which they were originally sent.
Maps and historical material set the biblical messages in their settings, while visual resources help place the seven churches, major historical developments, and prophetic periods within their larger context. In the digital edition, internal hyperlinks and navigation help readers move between the commentary and these study materials.
Additional graphics and study materials from future volumes will be added here as the series continues.
